In May 2008 SpinnaWeb was approached to implement interactive features on the Prouse Family Accountants Website. Prouse Family Accountants specialise in supporting families by providing tax, business, investment and superannuation services
The interactive features developed for the Prouse Family Accountants Website was designed as part of their marketing strategy. The main feature, a registration form, collects information from website users and does stringent validation of their answers. For example, they don’t need to worry about people not filling in required fields or providing invalid email addresses - the form will only accept their answers if they are valid. Upon receiving valid answers the form automatically emails the person that filled it in and provides them with a PDF with more information about the services of Prouse Family Accountants along with information of immediate benefit to them. The Prouse Family Accountants office also receives an email with all the details they need to best serve that person.
The interactive features were originally implemented onto the Prouse Family Accountants website in May 2008 and remain in active use on their website to this day.
